John Stacey has been offering services to the construction industry for over 100 years. As the industry developed and the group prospered, the original core services of demolition and haulage were expanded to include; civil engineering, plant hire, skip hire, aggregates, waste management and asbestos removal.

The directors, all members of the founding family, have consolidated the group into one of the largest privately-owned construction service providers in southern England, operating out of its own custom-built headquarters at the Stacey Industrial Park.

In recent years the group has responded to the growing world wide concerns about the environment by producing strong initiatives on recycling and waste control. This, together with the emphasis on the best and latest in plant and haulage puts the group at the forefront of the construction industry.
